About me

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga 5 Elements School in 2019. My teaching style blends energising, dynamic movement with the deep, grounding qualities of yin yoga. I enjoy focusing on anatomy and the health benefits of asanas, helping students understand not just how a pose looks, but how it supports the body.
I teach power yoga, vinyasa flow, and yin, with elements of breathwork woven into each class. My classes are open to all levels, with clear options and adjustments for both beginners and more advanced practitioners. I aim to create a supportive, considerate space where every student feels seen and encouraged.
